Buyer Cash Rebates

Use One Plus Realty to purchase your next home and earn up to $10,000 cash rebate! You can use this money to purchase furniture for your new home or use it to help pay your closing costs. This money will be paid to you at closing and you can use it any way you want. One Plus Realty offers every buyer a 1% cash rebate based on the sales price of the home they purchase as long as they use our services to purchase the home. We can set up automatic email notification for properties that match your criteria. We are available to you from start to finish, providing free buyer representation, full contraction negotiation, review of HUD-1 statements and mortgage lending services (if needed).

Seller Discount Listing Fees

Use One Plus Realty to list your home and save thousands of dollars! One Plus Realty always reduces their listing fees by at least half without reducing any of our services. As a seller, your home (with multiple photos) will be listed on MLS, showcased on realtor.com, showcased on dallasnews.com and listed on realtytrac, in addition to be listed on our company websites. We provide you with yard sign, flyers, market analysis, full contract negotiation, and progress service reports throughout your listing.
