Hersheys Penut Butter Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
48 REESE'S Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Hearts
1⁄2 cup butter
1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
1⁄2 cup light brown sugar
1⁄2 cup REESE’S Creamy Peanut Butter
1 egg
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1 - 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
3⁄4 tsp baking soda
1⁄2 tsp salt
Directions
- Prep
- Pre Heat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unwrap the penut butter hurts.
- Mixing
- Beat ½ cup butter, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup peanut butter, 1 egg, and ½ tsp vanilla until fluffy in a large bowl.
- Combine 1-½ cups flour, ¾ tsp baking soda and ½ tsp salt in a medium bowl.
- Gradually add to butter mixture, beating into the medium flour, baking soda and salt mixture until well blended.
- Shape
- Divide dough into roughly 48 balls. Place 2 inches apart on the prelined baking sheet.
- Bake
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes until lightly browned.
- Immediately press a peanut butter heart in center of each cookie.
- Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
