Hersheys Penut Butter Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

48 REESE'S Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Hearts

1⁄2 cup butter

1⁄2 cup granulated sugar

1⁄2 cup light brown sugar

1⁄2 cup REESE’S Creamy Peanut Butter

1 egg

1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract

1 - 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour

3⁄4 tsp baking soda

1⁄2 tsp salt

 

 

Directions 

  1. Prep
    1. Pre Heat the oven to 350°F.
    2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    3. Unwrap the penut butter hurts.
  2. Mixing 
    1. Beat ½ cup butter, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup peanut butter, 1 egg, and ½ tsp vanilla until fluffy in a large bowl.
    2. Combine 1-½ cups flour, ¾ tsp baking soda and ½ tsp salt in a medium bowl.
    3. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating into the medium flour, baking soda and salt mixture until well blended.
  3. Shape
    1. Divide dough into roughly 48 balls. Place 2 inches apart on the prelined baking sheet.
  4. Bake
    1. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until lightly browned.
    2. Immediately press a peanut butter heart in center of each cookie.
    3. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
