Old Fashioned Hot Apple Cider

6 c Apple Cider
1/4 c Real Maple Syrup (or desired sweetness)
2 Cinnamon Sticks
6 Whole Cloves
6 Allspice Berries
Orange and Lemon Peel

Pour apple cider and maple syrup in saucepan over medium heat.

Wrap cinnamon sticks, cloves, and allspice berries in a cheesecloth and tie shut.
Drop in Cider mixture and heat for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and discard spices and serve with a fresh cinnamon stick .
